Are you someone who loves to cook at home? There are many people, both men and women of all ages, who would love to learn from you. There are thousands of blogs about cooking that people become loyal followers of. And the number of YouTube channels has skyrocketed. Don’t let that scare you. You have a unique voice and ways of doing things and people will prefer you and your content over someone else.

The cooking niche is profitable because of the recommendations you can make – primarily in the tangible world. For example, you can promote a variety of items on Amazon that include everything from a countertop mixer to baking dishes, meat thermometers, and more.

You can create your own cookbooks or promote those of other individuals. You can tie your cooking into a specific diet plan or type of food, such as Mediterranean. You can focus on one type of meal, from appetizers to entrees or desserts.

If you want to have a specific slant for your cooking channel blog, it might be cooking for one or cooking for two. You might have a slant that helps busy parents cook nutritious food without much effort after work.

You can even monetize your blog with recommendations for food service delivery programs, where the family receives a box of ingredients along with instructions to make the meals.

All the best,
Patti
